Join Mollie as a Partnership Manager for Digital Agencies

As a Partnership Manager for the Dutch market, you’ll expand Mollie’s network of digital agencies by building new partnerships, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with shop systems, technology companies, marketplaces, and e-commerce agencies. Through a consultative approach and your expertise in digital commerce, you’ll help businesses thrive with Mollie’s solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and establish agency partnerships through outbound sales, networking, social selling, and industry events.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of agency partners by pitching Mollie’s value, building strong relationships, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to close deals generated through your partner network.
  • Work with partners to maximise potential, drive lead generation, and execute co-marketing activities like webinars and white papers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert support and solutions for partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Dutch agencies, showcasing Mollie’s value through consultative sales.
  • Turn agencies into Mollie advocates, inspiring them to recommend us within their networks.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably in e-commerce, payments, technology or digital agencies.
  • A strong interest in e-commerce and payments, with an enthusiasm for building partnerships and creating commercial opportunities.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets by closing deals and enabling partners to drive merchant referrals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including public speaking.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive success.
  • A high sense of ownership, initiative, and professionalism in representing Mollie and promoting partnerships.
  • Native in Dutch and fluent in English
