The mission of the new Business Performance Improvement (BPI) sector is to orchestrate the portfolio definition of non-PGP (non-product related) improvement programs at ASML level, its prioritization based on customer and business impact, and its execution by the different sectors or, if needed, with its own resources. It will focus on end-to-end processes, requiring to look across organizational boundaries, and considering the entire flow creating value for the customer.
Role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior portfolio manager. Someone who coordinates the BPI Portfolio Definition process (annual and quarterly), ensures portfolio delivery plans are in line with the business priorities and trade-offs are defined for decision making in the QBPI Planning / Review Meeting. You are able to bring the ASML Portfolio Management community together to support this process, including the needed meeting cadence to facilitate continuous portfolio rebalancing and implement portfolio improvements where needed.
oOrchestrate the availability of the Sector Portfolio Delivery Plans, Backlogs and Dashboards
oFacilitate quarterly balancing in order to ensure alignment of the portfolios with business priorities and targets
oCreate transparency on allocation of budget and resources to reflect these priorities
oPrepare trade-offs for decision making to provide the best value for ASML overall and fit the budget and resource constraints
