The Role

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional service and supporting with the increase of our conversion rate by delivering logistical services that meet our customer expectations. This is a crucial position for the successful implementation of our sell-in plan. The position reports directly to the Manager of Operations for Retail and E-Commerce within the Supply Chain and Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep daily contact with our warehouse to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner;
  • Work closely with Digital, Finance, Stores and CS teams to help resolve all questions related to e-commerce orders;
  • Actively monitor the order flow lifecycle and identify issues in the order cycle;
  • Monitor and process returns and refunds daily;
  • Assist in the testing of new phases;
  • Create and run reports to identify the needs for service improvement and solve operational issues;
  • Identify, analyse and implement improvements to processes and ways of working.

The Profile:

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce, logistics or related areas;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel;
  • Experience in coordinating internal and external service providers;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy;
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and explore new/different approaches to tasks.
