HR Internship – Generalist and Business Partnering

As an intern in Human Resources Department your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

The team will provide you with opportunities to support projects, allowing you to gain experience in various HR functions, develop practical skills, and build professional networks while contributing to ours’s team success.

This isn’t just about learning – it’s about leading! Here’s what your journey will look like:

  • Gain experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and training and development.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help with data analysis and reporting for HR metrics.
  • Collaborate on projects related to talent management and development.
  • Provide project management support to the HR team on talent, culture, and engagement.

You’re the perfect fit if:

  • You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting September 2025 (minimum 32 hours/week).
  • You are registered at a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master programme in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Law;
  • You are fluent in English (including writing and speaking).
  • You have basic skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • You show ownership, initiative, and a proactive personality.
  • You are a strong communicator and team player with an interest in HR.
