Are you ready to drive commercial impact through strategic sourcing of commercial materials and services? We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Category Manager – Commercial Materials & Services. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales teams across global and local markets to ensure our assets (fridges and draught installations) and service offerings are delivering commercial advantage at the point of sale.

You’ll help our teams win in the market by providing the right equipment in the right outlets, backed by excellent supplier partnerships, smart asset management, and commercially relevant procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Excellence (65%)

• Work closely with global, regional and local Sales teams (on and off trade) to understand needs and ensure relevant equipment and services are deployed to win at the point of sale.
• Support efforts to increase outlet profitability, customer loyalty, and reduce churn through the right deployment of fridges and draught beer installations.
• Guide decision-making on equipment allocation by outlet type, ensuring brand fit, cost-effectiveness, and commercial return.
• Establish or improve asset management practices, including tracking, maintenance/refurbishment, and spare parts management.
• Leverage data and technology where impactful (e.g., telemetry, asset tracking), and/or embed brilliant fundamentals (e.g., policies, SLAs).
• Continuously align with local and regional stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, impactful, and commercially relevant.

Supplier Partnerships & Procurement (25%)

• Negotiate competitive commercial agreements with suppliers to ensure quality, availability, and innovation.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships that support business growth, innovation, and responsiveness to market needs.
• Secure continuity of supply and develop contingency planning to reduce risk.
• Implement structured supplier governance and continuous improvement practices.
• Drive procurement excellence by leveraging scale, harmonisation, and smart sourcing approaches across OpCos.

Sustainability Leadership (10%)

• Contribute to our Net Zero roadmap by supporting the transition to energy-efficient equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers to reduce the environmental impact of commercial equipment (Scope 3 emissions).
• Ensure reporting and strategy updates related to carbon footprint reduction efforts within this category.

What You Bring

• Education: University degree.
• Experience: 10+ years in Procurement, Commercial, or Sales Operations roles in an FMCG or similar environment.
• Functional Skills: Strategic sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and commercial acumen.
• Sector Experience: Familiarity with durable assets (CAPEX), cold equipment, draught systems, or retail execution is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
