Senior Product Manager Digital Services

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager- Digital Services to join our customer experience team in Schiphol, Rijk Netherlands

In this role, you'll collaborate with commercial, digital, and product stakeholders across central and local teams to identify opportunities, capture requirements, and deliver seamless, personalized experiences via digital touchpoints (App/Web/Care environments). You'll manage priorities, ensure efficient implementation, and maintain a roadmap aligned with strategic goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Translate the company’s customer value proposition(s) for Connectivity into meaningful, industry-leading experiences, propositions & solutions that delight our customers and fit our ‘Tomorrow’s Connections Today’ mantra
  • Ensure complete capture of customer, commercial and financial needs and objectives within operating markets related to Connectivity. Write and maintain product concept and requirements documentation in Jira.
  • Ensure continuous review of business value and priority setting for changes and enablers within the Connectivity platform
  • Ensure cost and delivery efficiencies through identifying opportunities to scale business requirements across markets
  • Work with central strategy, finance and customer experience teams to identify and bring forward opportunities and business cases to increase value and improve engagement related or affiliated to Connectivity experiences.
  • Secure a trusted and reliable interface towards country stakeholders, strategic technology and vendors on roadmap planning, feature release priorities, platform improvements, customer, and user experience changes and CVP activation.
  • Ensure activation of strategic, financial, and commercial enablers and objectives for the company and its ecosystem within platform roadmap and feature releases
  • Integrate service performance and quality requirements according to quality-by-design principles to enable monitoring and management of service level agreements and product performance metrics
  • Work with strategic technology partners and central technology teams to enable and unlock opportunities to increase customer value within the platform.
  • Apply a fact-based and data-led decision-process on product ownership and development.
  • Be pro-active, pragmatic, instigate improvements, encourage best practices across markets and apply practical innovation with the objective to drive product and thought leadership.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven ability to guide and shape employee experience using technology as a critical enabler
  • Ability to articulate and sell a vision and drive to achieve it
  • Ability to be credible at all levels of the organization. Our stakeholders and opinion formers are at every level of the organization and it is critical that we listen to them all.
  • Proven experience simplifying enhancing service experiences for customers

Preferred qualification

  • Strong academics demonstrating intellectual curiosity and problem solving in complex environments
  • Degree in engineering, IT, maths, business or other subject showing strong analytical capabilities
  • Masters or further qualification in relevant areas
