Who am I?

As Product Brand Manager you are part of a multidisciplinary marketing team and within it, you are the ‘Brand Champion’. Furthermore, you are the owner of consumer insights, making sure they remain at the heart of our marketing decisions and strategies; from budget creation, portfolio management and media campaigns, all while enhancing and developing the brand equity.

In short: you are accountable for driving and implementing the 360 strategy for Biotherm, answering the local consumer needs.

My responsibilities

The Brand Product Manager has a very diverse set of tasks, consisting of:

  • Lead a consumer centric and data driven approach, using category insights, competitor behavior, market trends and sell-out figures
  • You can create product vision, strategy and growth plan
  • You have the drive and social skills to implement the 360 implementation of launches, projects and pillar always-on with the right stakeholders
  • You are analytical, and are highly data driven
  • You like to challenge the status quo and are always on the look-out to improve your brand, spot new opportunities and pivot when needed

·You are the guardian of the brand expression on-&off-line: ward for consistency in all touchpoints: artworks, claim validation, model rights, DMI croppings and layouts, etc.

Your profile

You are strong analytically but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives and have passion for beauty and skincare. You like to drive the brand into uncharted territories, and are always on the look-out for the next opportunity for the brand.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Obtained a Master Degree, preferably in a relevant field
  • At least 2 - 4 years’ experience in (preferably category driven) brand product management
  • Experience with fast and effective internal and external stakeholder management.
  • A broad understanding of FMCG and/or Luxe business, such as Digital, Category Management, E-Commerce and Sales.
  • Fluent in English and native in either French or Dutch (this is a must-have)
