Bachelor Internship: Connected Mobile Services & App Onboarding

Onboarding applications to the PACCAR Connect Mobile Services and in the process validating the testing and onboarding procedure.

To support as many customers as possible, the speed of onboarding new applications is a key element to offer a valuable proposition. Therefore we want to optimize this process and while updating the processes onboard additional apps in the meantime. You will be tasked with:

• Gaining insights in important DAF / PACCAR Connect business processes for Mobile Services
• Support a cross divisional project, giving the opportunity to see many departments within DAF
• Based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, work with international teams in India and the US
• Support in the process of onboarding new 3rd party applications onto the PACCAR Connect Mobile Services Eco System
• Review and suggest improvements for the onboarding process
• Support to implement process improvements.

Jouw profiel

We are looking for a proactive IT savvy intern who can help us with improving our processes, which ensure we can offer the best service towards our customers. For this you need to have a drive to understand business processes, be structured with the ability to get the information from a multitude of stakeholders. Additionally able to work in a multi-disciplinary and international team.

Competencies:

• Strong in English language, structured, proactive, energetic and creative.

Education:

• Bachelor in IT related fields

Afdeling

Global Connected Services Europe is a dynamic and growing part within the organization of DAF Trucks. It is responsible for services based data derived from the truck. Based on this data, generated by the truck, we offer the customers insights to help them to optimize their operations. Additionally PACCAR Connect sells mobile services, enabling the use of 3rd party applications on the PACCAR Connect tablet.
