In 2020 we opened our first non-Nordic office in the Netherlands. Since then, we have entered Germany, and are continuously working on further expansion and acquisition strategies.

What you will be doing?

As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for running customer projects that take our customers to new heights. You are responsible for the entire implementation process and continuously supporting the customer during the process to make sure they get the most out of their CRM investment.

Your tasks:

  • Hold meetings and workshops to identify and define customer needs
  • Project planning and managing dialogue with any third parties
  • Ensure project delivery and training of end users
  • Configure and customize the technical customer solution together with Lime's Application Consultants
  • Work in close collaboration with the local sales and consultant team in establishing and expanding our solution in the Dutch market
  • Play a key role in building and expanding the Utrecht delivery team

Besides the amazing team of six in Utrecht, you will have 500 colleagues in total. You will be a part of our Expert Services department and get a lot of support from and work with your fellow Lime colleagues around Europe.

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in leading software implementation projects
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to build our delivery department in Utrecht
  • You are used to working with several stakeholders and take ownership in dialogue with customers
  • You are structured and goal-oriented
  • You have an academic degree, preferably in IT
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English
