Are you experienced in order fulfillment, and are you known for your ability to constantly have your customers and their interests in mind? Do you enjoy being hands-on yourself, and are you motivated by coordinating team efforts and making sure that targets are met?

We are looking for a responsible and service minded Coordinator to join our Spare Parts team in Eindhoven. You will start working in Boxmeer and when the new GDC goes live you will work from Eindhoven.

What you will be doing:

Your team – located in Eindhoven - is responsible for delivering high quality, efficient and customer centric spare parts order fulfillment. The primary responsibility of yours will be to participate actively in delivering accurate and timely order processing, like keying in orders, sending order confirmations and ordering parts at suppliers. In the remaining time you will provide daily task related sparring and guidance for the team members to perform at their best.

As a Team Coordinator, your primary tasks will be to:

  • Participate hands-on in delivering efficient and high quality spare parts order fulfillment and ensuring outstanding customer service
  • Handle tasks related to order entry, procurement and planning
  • Cooperate with our teams in our business units; cross industries, fish and service
  • Ensure an evenly distributed daily workload in the team
  • Provide the necessary guidance - together with your manager - for your team members to succeed and develop
  • Make follow-ups to ensure that tasks are solved within deadlines and at required quality
  • Participate in global alignment of culture and ways of working across our global Order Fulfillment Teams
