Women in Tech - Digital, Analytics & Technology Internships

Van Lanschot Kempen is excited to invite you to our fifth Women in Tech Internship event on April 24! 8 attendees from our last event just joined us as interns. From all editions combined, we have had 22 hires! Do you want to be the next one? We are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity in our workplace, recognizing that talented women in tech can provide valuable perspectives and drive innovation.

Join us to listen to inspiring talks from three female colleagues, discover the exciting projects we are working on, and connect with teams offering internship opportunities through meet and greets. Additionally, you will have the chance to network with other like-minded women in our company and gain valuable insights into the fields of Digital, Analytics & Technology.

Important: This event is specifically for women who are interested in pursuing an internship starting in September 2025 at the Digital, Advanced Analytics, Technology department at Van Lanschot Kempen. In order to be eligible for an internship with us, you must either be a current student or have graduated no earlier than March 2025. Internships in the Digital, Advanced Analytics & Technology department are 32-40 hours a week for 5-6 months.

During the previous semester, we offered internships in various roles such as Application Manager, Data Governance Application Developer, Backend Developer, IT Network, Cyber Security, Dashboard Development, Software Developer, UX Design, Digital Adoption, and Driving Data & Analytics.

Please submit your CV by April 1st. We will review your application and you may be invited to complete a game-based assessment. Since there is a high level of interest in this event, we will make selections based on the fit with the available internships. We will notify you by April 10th if you have been selected to participate in the Women in Tech event.

Please note that signing up for this event does not replace the need to submit a separate application for our internships. During the event, you will have the opportunity to apply.
