Introduction

The IT Architecture competence is an organization part within ASML IT & Data focusing on improving the way of working, skills, and knowledge of IT architects. IT Architects are senior IT professionals who design and construct IT solutions in a broader context.

The competence is created by IT architects in more than 60 different ‘Teams of teams’ (ARTs). These architects report to different managers and have different scopes. Nevertheless, they are connected in their processes and ways of working. One of the main challenges in this complex context is to provide these employees with the right internal communication via internal SharePoint pages and dedicated IT solutions for architects.

Your assignment

During this assignment you will work on the internal communication for the IT architecture competence.

Based on your interest and knowledge, key deliverables include:

• Creation and updating SharePoint pages related to the competence, processes and standards: Discuss with stakeholders what information should be shown and consolidate this into clear and structured communication.
• Creation of an internal communication strategy for the IT Architecture Competence and for an IT system used by architects to communicate decisions.

This internship is suitable for a bachelor or master internship (apprentice or thesis). The start date of this assignment is as soon as possible, with a duration of minimum 6 months, 3-5 days per week.

Your profile

To be a perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in Communications, Business Administration, Content Creation or something related;
• Have experience SharePoint is a plus;
• Have a professional communication and documentation: can explain and present technical matters within the team;
• Have internal drive for efficiency and able to work disciplined and accurate;
• Are pragmatic, pro-active, ‘self-propelling’ way of working and able to operate in a dynamic environment.

Other requirements you need to meet

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
