About us

Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. We’re driven by progress and thrive on the challenge of relentless improvement.

The Dyson EMEA region spans 14 head offices across cities like Amsterdam, Paris, Cologne, Dubai, and Istanbul, organised into four clusters: Northern Europe, Southern Europe, GB&I, and Emerging Markets. Home to 2,000 talented individuals from 66 nationalities, with 55% female representation, our region thrives on diversity, cross-functional collaboration, and a shared drive for progress.

About the role

This is an exciting international opportunity to shape and drive Dyson’s commercial policy across EMEA. As a guardian of the Selective Distribution system, you will oversee the execution of SD requirements and retail terms, ensuring consistency and excellence in market implementation.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple functions—including Legal—and market leaders, acting as a key representative and custodian of Dyson’s commercial policy. You will use your analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with strong communication and influencing abilities, to align diverse stakeholders with Dyson’s commercial direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the consistent execution of Dyson’s requirements for its authorised distribution network, enhancing customer experience.
  • Maintaining and developing a robust monitoring and enforcement system to position Dyson as a premium brand.
  • Implementing Dyson’s guidelines for managing its selective distribution network on a daily basis.
  • Acting as a trusted business partner to ensure the consistent application of Dyson’s EMEA terms framework.
  • Challenging retail agreements and trade investment plans to ensure market negotiations align with commercial guidance.
  • Delivering training sessions on selective distribution, terms guidelines, and other key topics.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all Commercial Policy-related matters.
  • Upholding compliance and Dyson’s core values in all commercial interactions.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You should possess:

  • Fluency in English and ideally one of Turkish, Spanish, or Italian.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
  • Relevant experience in distribution management, sales, pricing, commercial policy, or finance—ideally in the consumer goods industry.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic setting with high levels of interaction across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences in an international matrix environment.
  • A decisive and persuasive mindset, with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Benefits

  • Discount on Dyson products
  • Subsidies for sports activities
  • Bike leasing
  • Allowance for local public transport or parking space at the office
  • 30 days annual holiday (considering a 5 days working week)
  • EAP (Employee Assistance Programme)
