Hiring out your campervan may sound simple, but there is a lot involved! As a Sales & Supply Intern, you will assist new motorhome owners to start renting out their campervans. This starts with the onboarding of new motorhome owners and ensuring all advertisers have the information they need to get started on the platform. Furthermore, your role involves following up on the quality and performance of our advertisers to help them get the most out of using the platform and ensure a smooth booking process for our travellers. To achieve this, you will be working closely with the UK Supply Team and the rest of the UK Country Team.

About the internship

• Duration: From March until end of June, but we are open to discuss your preference and study requirements

• Availability: You are available to work within the company at least 3 days per week, alongside your assignments.

• Location: We believe in the freedom of working anywhere (as long as there’s wifi…). Even though remote working is our preferred option most days, we also have office space in Utrecht. Contract wise it is important that you live in The Netherlands as we are able to hire you there.

As our Sales & Supply Intern, your day will be a mix of customer contact, strategy, and a dash of camper-inspired humour. Here's a sneak peek into what your remote work days might look like:

• Assisting motorhome owners: Collaborate with motorhome owners to showcase their vehicles in the best light and get them rolling on our platform.
• Onboarding: Guide new advertisers through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they feel the thrill of joining our dynamic camper community.
• Customer engagement: Answer inquiries from eager motorhome enthusiasts and advertisers, sharing your passion for motorhomes and insider tips for a seamless journey with us.
• Quality checks: Ensure our platform is a showcase of top-tier motorhomes by conducting quality checks on existing ads and guaranteeing a visually good looking and trustworthy advertisement for our users.
• Team projects: Contribute your creative energy to exciting projects that make our workplace as dynamic as the open road. Your ideas will drive the success of our team, fostering an atmosphere of innovation and fun.

Now let's talk about you:

• You are following a relevant education in the Netherlands (HBO/MBO/WO) and you are looking for an internship as a mandatory part of your study from March 2025 on.

• You are registered in the Netherlands for the internship duration.

• Demonstrate fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication.

• You possess good interpersonal and communication skills to establish positive connections with colleagues and customers.

• You have a proactive work style and are eager to learn.

• Having British background or having in-depth knowledge of the British culture is a valuable asset.
