Sales Assistant Intern

HIKMICRO is now looking for a Sales Assistant Intern in the Hoofddorp office.

Key Information:

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: At least 4 months, longer availability is preferable
• Work location: Hoofddorp, NL

Job responsibilities:

• Assist regional sales to follow up the daily work of customers' orders, and shipments.
• Responsible for the entry, review, and unlocking of various overseas order systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordination of finance, research and development, supply chain, customs, Logistics and other links ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders.

You are the perfect candidate, if you:

• are enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution for the entire duration of the internship.
• have an educational background in supply chain management or other related fields.
• are available for at least 4 months for 4 to 5 days per week.
• have excellent communication, analysis, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• are proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, and other standard computer software.
• are fluent in English.
