As an International HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning global HR strategies with business objectives. Acting as a key partner to our international teams and to our centers of expertise, you will drive talent management, enhance employee engagement, and implement HR best practices across multiple markets. In your first year, you will focus on strengthening our APAC organization, ensuring it is equipped with the right people and strategies to succeed.

For 40 hours per week, you give new meaning to the words 'aim big, act small' by:

HR Partnership & Strategy

  • Collaborate with international business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce trends, organizational planning, and HR best practices.
  • Build bridges between Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and local HR teams to deliver tailored market solutions.

Talent Management & Retention

  • Co-Develop and implement performance management and talent identification systems to support internal mobility and leadership growth.
  • Drive targeted retention strategies and employee recognition programs to enhance job satisfaction.
  • Analyze turnover trends and co-create action plans to address key challenges.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive, inclusive FOAM culture that promotes engagement and productivity.
  • Conduct employee pulse surveys and co-develop action plans for improvement.

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Work with CoEs to enhance key employee processes, including salary management, development planning, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws and HR best practices.

Data-Driven HR Decision-Making

  • Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights on performance, turnover, and engagement.
  • Present reports and recommendations to leadership to continuously improve HR strategies.

Bring all of you

High on energy, low on ego and with a lot of humor. You like to contribute to a growing organisation that is becoming increasingly effective and efficient, day by day, thanks to your input. On top of it:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree and about 8 years of relevant experience in a high-demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR data interpretation and reporting.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships in a global environment.
  • Experience in an international HR role, ideally with a focus on APAC.
