As a Project Management Capabilities Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated, international team driving innovation in Danone. You'll be leveraging our Project Management community to seek and implement Best Practices, skill up the team’s capabilities on Innovation Management and look for continuous improvement of the Innovation Process.

Throughout this internship, you will have to prove yourself able to adapt to a dynamic, global marketing environment and appear as a key business partner to the team.

You will be part of the Global IRO (Innovation and Realization Office) team, a team connected to many functions of the organization. You will be supervised and report to the Global IRO Project Management Capabilities Director. You will interact with different departments and gain experience at a global scope in a multicultural company.

Curious about your main tasks and responsibilities? You will:

• Assist the consistent and rigorous use of innovation process across all categories/geographies
• Ensure best practices in PM are identified, and are applied consistently across different teams
• Maintain Project Management (PM) on-boarding channels, educational program, collaboration spaces
• Animate the PM communities, to sharing news and best practices
• Support the PM community on assessing Capabilities’ gaps and Training plan

About you

You should be an enthusiastic data driven and easy communicator, not afraid to proactively reach out to people when necessary and perfectly able to work autonomously. You know how to organize information and prioritize - you are reliable and respect deadlines! You are adaptable, flexible to react but also maintain high professional standards.

You have:

• A passion for Innovation and Continuous Learning and an eye for Process Continuous Improvement
• A fast-learning ability and adaptability to the company environment
• A great team spirit with great communication skills, with an interest in bringing people together
• Attention to detail and process oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in March 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from Hoofddorp at least 2 days per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
