The Opportunity:
Human Capital Operations Coordinator for Netherlands and Nordics role is responsible for the coordination and administration of HC related activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, contract and letter generation, data entry to the HR system (Workday), answering benefits queries, resolving problems and providing payroll change instructions. Acting as a liaison between employees, relevant benefit/external providers, and business units, the Human Capital Coordinator provides a high level of client service to employees to ensure there is a positive employee experience.
This is a 7-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.
