Team Lead Clinical Consulting Healthcare Informatics - Central Europe

Join our dynamic team as the Team Lead Clinical Consulting for our Radiology Informatics consulting team in Central Europe, where you will oversee a team of experts across six countries, driving successful implementation and adoption of Philips' Radiology Informatics solutions. In this key leadership role, you will guide your team to deliver exceptional clinical consultancy, work closely with senior customer leaders, and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth, including leadership development and exposure to cutting-edge healthcare technologies. A company car is part of this role.

Your Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 15 clinical consultants, ensuring the delivery of top-notch consultancy services.
  • Educating and coaching your team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS etc.) and driving methodology development within this area.
  • Validate workflow design to fit customers clinical requirements and needs during presales phase for complex implementations of Philips RI solutions within Central Europe.
  • Develop strategic working relationships and provide guidance to senior customer leaders.
  • Serving in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips RI solutions.
  • Build strong strategic relationships with senior customer leaders and guide them through the implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Play a critical role in driving successful physician adoption of Philips Radiology Informatics solutions, from workflow analysis to clinical integration.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Healthcare (Radiology) Informatics, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • You are able to clearly and persuasively present information to diverse audiences, from individual contributors to senior executives. Regularly engages with senior leadership across various functional areas, divisions, and customers.
  • Clinical knowledge in the area of Healthcare (Radiology) Informatics products.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a clinical area or equivalent.
  • You're willing to travel over 50% across Central Europe.
