Responsibilities​

• Manages the site-based execution of medium to large projects (indication project size: 20-50M)
• Draws up a challenging site-based project plan (including commissioning and integration) and leads the complete execution on site
• P&L responsible for all site-related costs
• Manages site-based contracts with high project risk and complex installed equipment.
• Profound understanding of contracts and able to effectively mitigate related risks.
• Understands claim avoidance and when necessary, claim handling.
• Manages quality, time, costs, and provision of information.
• Full responsibility for reporting and escalating non-conformities to customer and PM
• Ability to mobilize the complete site-based organization and connect to the internal organization
• Tough negotiator with customer and subcontractors. Manages contract issues in a professional way.
• Manages stakeholders at any level, including senior management (in- and outside VI).
• Takes ownership over all site-related challenges
• Multi-disciplined and looks further than borders of own field.
• Manage the high-quality execution of the installation process (e.g. schedule, quality) according to PM 2.0
• Responsible for the site safety by creating, implementing, and securing the site safety plan
• Communicate with customer about progress, out of scope work, and all site-related issues

What do we ask from you?​

• Higher level education (HBO) in industrial or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of the English language
• 5 years of relevant working experience in medium to large projects
• Knowledge of Vanderlande equipment
• Prepared to travel for over 80% and being expat-able is mandatory.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 6.083€ to €7,176.31€ gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
