Join Our Purpose – Feeding the Future

Nutreco is a member of the SHV family, and we are committed to 'Feeding the Future' through sustainable and innovative practices. Nutreco has two business lines: Skretting is a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions, revolutionizing aquaculture for a sustainable future. Trouw Nutrition specializes in animal nutrition and is committed to advancing livestock health and productivity through cutting-edge solutions.

One of our two global business lines, Livestock Feed, is launching a new strategy with clear choices on where to play and how to win. We are looking for an Interim Global Change Manager, who will ensure successful and sustainable adoption of this strategy by taking a hands-on lead role in the PMO team to deliver this value proposition program.

You will work closely at a strategic level with the leadership team to create an actionable change plan, integrated in the project management approach and workstreams. Your plans show an understanding of the desired behavioral outcomes that drive success. You coordinate and guide regional implementation teams from a prioritized global transformation roadmap and our established change methodology.

This position reports to our Business Transformation & Change Management Center of Expertise (CoE) team in global HR.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR and change management, with a focus on highly complex large-scale transformations (i.e. organizational structure, operating business model, new process implementation, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, Prosci certification preferred
  • Experience in lead HR role for M&A approaches, tools, and phases of the M&A cycle
  • Exceptional communication skills and informal (network) leadership to act as authoritative specialist advisor, while working effectively at all levels and across cultures.

Expectation from Role:

  • Interim contract for 12 months minimum and as capacity fluctuates, contract can be extended up to 24 months.
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal and senior leadership skills. Working closely together with leadership, the PMO team, and your HR colleagues you are responsible for the execution of the change plan. You’ll share best practices, make fit-for-purpose tools, guide localization efforts, and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan. You will educate your stakeholders along the way so they can lead change, enhancing our organization’s change capability.
  • Develop, adapt, and implement change management roadmap that maximizes buy-in and minimizes business disruption, consistent with and adding to our global change management methodology
  • Track and report on change progress, including quality, risk management, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics, with timely delivery of key milestones and desired outcomes.
