The starting point for team5pm strategy is an understanding of the clients' business, marketplace, consumer, cultural environment, and audience video viewing behavior backed by data-driven insights. As well as an understanding of how video content works - organic, paid in every phase of the marketing funnel, long form and short form on all relevant video platforms in order to create positive change.

At the core of this task is the need to understand the consumer/customer and the brand to proactively unearth key insights, apply strategic thinking, and develop the best video solutions for the problem. Strategists team up with account to have a strategic partnership with the client, they take ownership in finding the best solutions, implement and grow team5pm’s services and products, innovate, be responsible for reaching the clients' goals, and have an excellent client relationship while doing so.

In execution, the strategist is responsible to proactively connect with all relevant experts to achieve the best result for the client. They take the lead within the project team and pursue the best quality work, which is smart, creative, and backed by clever insights.

The core of this job involves understanding the consumer, the customer, and the brand to proactively discover key insights, apply strategic thinking, and develop the best video solutions for the problem. With your broad experience in building and strengthening brands on socials, like YouTube & TikTok, you'll find the perfect solutions for our clients' needs. Besides that, the strategy lead at team5pm will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of our team.

Job requirements

key requirements for our strategy lead:

• +/- 5 years of experience as a Strategist or Head/Lead of Strategy within the content/social agency sector.
• Strong background in brand strategy with proven success in utilizing advertising, social media, and content for brand development.
• Experience in social/creative/media agency environments is a must.
• Excellent English and NL communication skills; ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
• A hands-on leader willing to engage in everyday challenges while focusing on both team and business success.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for brands, with a track record of success in turning brands into superstars.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at a C-level, leaving a lasting positive impression.
• Experience and skill in using social platforms like TikTok and YouTube, demonstrating adaptability and credibility with changing trends.
