To support the ongoing growth ambitions of Rituals, you as the S&OP Director, will act as the crucial link between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, driving strategic alignment and ensuring a seamless integration of demand and supply planning processes. Your role requires a deep understanding of digital planning tools, a sharp ability to distill and communicate important business decisions to the senior stakeholders including the Board, and an unwavering commitment to keeping deliverables on track in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
