WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Portfolio Strategy and Innovation/Renovation Management: Deliver breakthrough innovation/renovations and launch the right products with the right propositions in the right channels at attractive prices to drive growth and market share.

  • Communication Strategy and Campaign/Communication Asset Delivery: Ensure ‘mental and physical availability’ of your platform’s brands through key campaigns and visibility assets.

  • P&L Responsibility: Drive sales & volume growth, profitability, market share, and communication effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE/THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing, Brand & Innovation Management and Communications Development (ATL, Digital/Social).
  • Strong analytical skills (market share analysis, P&L understanding, etc).
  • Preferred experience in stakeholder management and working in cross-functional teams.
  • A great motivation to work on Ice Cream.
  • Passion for marketing.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive mindset.
  • A proactive team player who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and is eager to win.
