FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

The planning team is the key link between the upstream supply chain network and the local customer team. As a planning team, we forecast what volume we expect to sell and make plans to fulfill the customer demand. We make trade-offs between cash (inventory), cost and service and coordinate this across the supply chain. As a response planner, you’re the spider in the web, resolving big operational issues and closely aligning with the upstream and local teams to find the best possible solutions for the business. We are recruiting for 3 response planners.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Align & decide on escalation/allocation/priorities on customer level with Customer Strategy and Planning/Customer Business Development/Customer Excellence.
  • Owns Benelux business waste agenda (incl. root cause analysis, stock allocation, and sell-out meetings), in close cooperation with the waste warriors.
  • Drives the service performance to the agreed service targets.
  • Support the Demand/Supply reconciliation short-term, address possible product availability constraints, and propose demand-driven mitigation plans (e.g., by managing Advanced Available to Promise Business Rules).
  • Support on operational execution of event management.
  • Process improvement operations planning together with Genpact.
  • Review X-6 promo uplifts for availability with Market Supply Planner.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or preferred Master’s degree
  • Background in Supply Chain or Customer Service
  • At least 0/1 years of relevant work experience
  • Affinity with FMCG market
  • Experience in Planning or Stock Management
  • Experience in/proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Language: Dutch and English

  • Excellent communication skills (in Dutch & English)
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (preferably SAP/Kinaxis)
