The BT Office team is shaping the future of Rituals’ Service Integration layer from the ground up. You’ll work in a motivated and international team in an exciting environment where you can make a real impact.
Meet the Team
The Service Integration team includes two internal Service Integration Managers focusing on ITIL support and monitoring processes. Additionally, we have two experienced contractors managing ITSM-related projects. The central Service Integration Team has the responsibility of owning the ITIL support framework as well as the Service Management platform (ServiceNow). Next to the central team we have de-central Service Integration Managers who have a business domain focus. They help the business IT teams to organize the support within the domain. Implementing ServiceNow and optimizing the support processes for a specific business domain is their key focus.
