About the role

The Quality Engineer-Vehicle quality supervising, you will be the quality supervisor of a specific model, be the main interface between the after-sales team of Europe and PQE team of China. Be responsible for confirming the maturity of the vehicle model before delivery to the European market, follow up all after-sales issues of the model until closure, and ensure the high-quality performance of the model.

As Quality Engineer-Vehicle quality supervising you will:

• Collect historical quality issues in the European market to avoid them in new projects, confirm the maturity of the model before delivery to the European market.
• Collect after-sales issues from dealers (Pre-Delivery Inspection) in the European region, provide feedback to responsible units, support onsite issue analysis and countermeasure verification, and follow up the issues until closure.
• Collect user complaints such as network complaints in the European market, provide feedback to responsible units, and follow up the issues until closure.
• Analyze data on Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the model in the European market and follow up the NPS issues until closure to reach better customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research on environmental road conditions, user profiles, legal requirements, etc. in the European market, and assist in product definition.
• Collect feedback on local adaptation needs in the European market and communicate them to relevant departments in the headquarters, and drive improvements.

Your profile:

• More than 1 year of relevant work experience in quality management. Experience in quality management in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Familiar with basic tools and methods of quality management, such as DFMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, etc.
• Good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, other European language capabilities or Chinese will be a plus.
