Working at VonWood as a Sales & Customer Support Associate is all about understanding the needs and goals of your clients like no one else, and ensuring a smooth customer lifecycle at VonWood. With your responsibility to provide excellent customer service and sales support to both existing and potential customers, you will play a key position in our organisation. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals
Perform product demonstrations and provide training sessions for your customers
Process orders and coordinate deliveries
Support in the preparation of sales materials and customer lists
Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience and create and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and partners
Support your clients in proper usage of the platform by providing customer service, answering questions and resolving complaints
Track and maintain a good overview of all relevant customer data and follow up on this
Oversee and support financial administration

A bachelor's degree

A built-in passion for client satisfaction
The ability to adequately and creatively solve problems
World-class communication skills
Fluent level Dutch and English, additional languages are considered an asset
Eagerness to learn and improve
Affinity with a fast-paced startup environment
Meticulous administration skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
An intrinsic interest in (learning about) the wood industry
