Key Responsibilities
- Manage the site ITOT team of automation and IT associates.
- Align with Global and Regional ITOT Leads on strategic direction for the Site.
- Deliver projects and initiatives with Global ITOT teams.
- Communicate with key stakeholders on operational and project activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site leadership.
- Manage the budget and project pipeline.
- Support capital projects and ensure smooth transitions to operations.
- Ensure site audit readiness for IT and OT.
- Provide 24x7 support and maintain high reliability for ITOT systems.
- Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with GMP regulations and security protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, automation, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation or IT, in a GMP Pharma environment.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and compliance standards.
- In-depth knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and project pipelines.
