As a Central Planning Graduate you will be responsible for the supporting actions of demand planning process of the defined product categories for the EMEA organization and centrally managed accounts, using statistical tools and intelligence, and internal collaboration with key stakeholders in e.g. Supply Planning, Demand Planning Merchandising, Category and Marketing.

How you’ll help us.

Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Central Planning Lead, as part of the role, you’ll:

• Assist in demand planning for EMEA categories and centrally planned accounts, including reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, and developing forecast models.
• Collaborate in creating demand & supply review decks and supporting Supply Planning activities.
• Support the effective use of demand planning systems and ensure data readiness and consistency in QLIK & A3 reporting tools.
• Assist in maintaining master data accuracy and readiness to ensure smooth demand and supply planning processes.
• Help implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, standardization, and complexity reduction, while validating solution results against business requirements.

More about you.

• College degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics or similar.
• Experience in supply chain (gained through internships) in a multi-channel retail or wholesale environment.
• Strong presentation skills and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in Digital Supply Chain Transformation.
• Experience in R or Python is a big plus.
