Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It...

As a Project Revenue Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue and profitability across The Social Hub's (TSH) global portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Management, you will support all TSH hubs and the wider Revenue Team, ensuring processes are optimized for exceptional financial performance. You will help identify opportunities and implement strategies to maximize net revenues throughout the guest journey. In this role, you must be a collaborative, proactive team player who is not afraid to take risks and learn from failure.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are (ahem)

We’re The Social Hub (TSH), a boundary-breaking hybrid hospitality company. We combine student accommodation, short and long-term stays, coworking spaces, and community-driven events under one roof. From Amsterdam to Berlin, we’re redefining hospitality across Europe. If you want to work in a company that’s creative, ambitious, and fast-growing, then you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Revenue & Market Share: Analyze portfolio data, markets, and trends to drive growth. You’ll forecast, manage inventory and pricing, and oversee distribution channels while maintaining clear communication with properties and your team.
  • Maximize Profitability: Implement global initiatives and procedures to ensure profitability across the entire portfolio.
  • Reporting: Create accurate and timely reports for the Revenue Team, local leadership, and other internal stakeholders, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Brand & Pricing Initiatives: Identify and implement brand pricing strategies, promotions, and digital initiatives at the portfolio level.
  • Training & Coaching: Work closely with the Revenue Team to drive success by providing effective training and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Project Support: Assist in the implementation of Revenue Management standards and take charge of specific projects.
  • Daily Support: Provide backup to Revenue Managers and Regional Revenue Managers when needed, supporting them in daily operations.
  • Culture & Development: Help foster a strong culture of revenue management across departments, supporting the development and succession planning of the team.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in revenue management, ideally in a multi-property or cluster role.
  • Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in econometrics, hotel management, or tourism management.
  • Analytical Skills: You possess excellent analytical abilities, allowing you to interpret and communicate data effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential. Experience with Power BI and/or SQL is a plus.
  • System Knowledge: Familiarity with property and revenue management systems is mandatory, with a preference for experience using MEWS and Flyer.
  • Languages: Fluent English is required, while Dutch is a plus.
  • Location Flexibility: You are based in, or are willing to relocate to, Amsterdam.

What We Offer

  • The chance to be part of a dynamic, multi-national company redefining the future of hospitality.
  • The opportunity to grow in your role with potential for career development.
  • Remote working flexibility or the option to work in our vibrant office.
  • Discounts on all TSH properties across Europe, available to you, your family, and friends!
  • A wonderful work environment filled with events, a supportive team, and competitive salary and benefits.

We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. If you’re passionate about Revenue Management and want to help shape the future of TSH, we’d love to hear from you!

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play. Creating memorable experiences for our community of hotel guests, students, creatives, enterprising minds and anyone in between.
