Within the CRM department all marketing activities for the Membercard base are being developed, launched and evaluated. You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:

Support development and set up of commercial mailings for the European Member base:

  • Conceptualization, Ideation and Briefing of Marketing Emails
  • Develop Marketing Emails Using CRM Tool
  • Designing Customer Journeys for Email Campaigns
  • Support larger CRM projects
  • Joint production of copy for mailings
  • Set up briefings and coordinate communication i.e. for imagery in mailings
  • Coordination with countries to translate copy and sign off
  • Perform data analysis, generate reports, and maintain an archive of all statistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct competitor analysis

Besides this you will also get time to work on your own assignment that fits within the strategy and objectives of your education and Hunkemöller.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are currently enrolled in an HBO-/Bachelor-/Master studies (Marketing / Communication / New Media / Business Administration)
  • You are familiar the MS Office package (Word/Excel), knowledge of HTML would be an advantage (they dont need knowledje of HTML, they need to know ms office package and maybe a basic knowledge of crm tools is nice but not mandatory)
  • You are comfortable writing and communicating in English, other languages would be a plus, but not mandatory
  • You’re available for 40 hours/week
  • You are open, communicative, stress resistant
  • You love fashion

Eligibility:

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

  • You are an EU citizen,
  • You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
  • You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, AND the internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum.
