Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to join Hilton's Europe Revenue Management team based at Hilton’s Regional headquarters in Watford, North London, with a hybrid approach allowing remote work part of the week. The Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) is responsible for hotel revenue management for 340+ hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe regions. Our team of over 100+ members represents 30 nationalities, offering world-class revenue management talent and tools to our hotels. The Commercial Analyst will focus on maximizing revenue, market share, and profits for multiple hotels through strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures. This includes delivering a reliable and versatile reporting package to all RMCC stakeholders and driving innovation within the Analyst department through project work that enhances the team’s capabilities.

What Are We Looking For?

• Practical working experience within Data and Analytics
• Advanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Experience with data gathering and manipulation using VBA and/or Python and/or SQL
• Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Able to articulate and introduce change effectively to drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures
• Demonstrable soft skills including active listening to build trust, instill confidence, and empower others
• Resilient and motivated – self-organized, working well under time constraints while balancing concurrent tasks and priorities
