HR Intern - UK NSC

BYD UK NSC is seeking an HR Intern with a passion for innovation and a can-do attitude to support our rapidly expanding passenger vehicle business team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in interview arrangement and coordination.
• Assist in the on-boarding process for new employees.
• Assist in supporting and organizing training projects.
• Assist in the development and organization of various activities.
• Assist in organizing team-building activities and reimbursing expenses.
• Assist HR department in preparing report materials.
• Assist HR department in data analysis and document translation.
• Communicate with other departments as a coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have the right to work in the UK already in place.
• Available to start working from Oct 2024 (Full time or Part time).
• Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required.
