Convince clients that we are the partner who can successfully manage their projects with the right staffing. You'll also contribute to the personnel planning for each project, no matter the size, by engaging in all commercial activities with gusto. Because you:

• Build and maintain a network of clients in our sector. Already have a network? That's fantastic!
• Approach project organizations creatively to land remarkable projects with both new and existing relationships, seamlessly picking up the phone to make new contacts.
• Serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
• Keep all essential information updated in our CRM system.
• Assist our departments in working together smoothly.

As a Sales Consultant, you also possess:

• At least an HBO diploma.
• Commercial work experience (in workforce mediation).
• An up-to-date and relevant network within construction and installation technology.
• A strong command of the Dutch language.
• Good social media skills; you know how to use social media effectively for your role.
