What will you be doing?

As the HSE Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting and implementing global HSE standards. Your mission will be to support local HSE teams, drive the adoption of health and safety practices, and foster a culture of proactive safety thinking across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Corporate HSE Standards in the field of Occupational Safety and Machine Safety.
  • Collect and publish “good practices” on these Corporate HSE Standards.
  • Organize workshops and training based on newly developed Corporate HSE Standards to strengthen the HSE Community.
  • Build and maintain a HSE Management System, meeting the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, which fits in Vanderlande’s Process Map 2.0.
  • Provide hands-on advice when required.
  • Support the Corporate HSE Vision: Deliver World Class HSE Performance, leading our industry.

What do we ask from you?

Bachelor's degree in HSE Management

  • Practical knowledge and experience in the field of Occupational Safety and Machine Safety.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Understanding of HSE legislations.
  • Setting of high standards / setting a good example.
  • Ability to analyze information & produce written reports / Computer literate.
  • Assertive / willing to challenge status quo.

About the team

The Corporate HSE Team is responsible for Corporate HSE Vision, mission, and policy. This includes improving HSE policies and standards, providing appropriate tooling to manage key HSE processes, and supporting top management and local HSE. The team consists of highly educated, experienced safety and environmental experts. The HSE Project Manager needs to support them in achieving the challenging goals in the coming years. The HSE Project Manager reports to the Corporate Director HSE.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4607,25 to € 6186,88 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
