Product Manager

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who will take ownership of understanding and analyzing our user and business needs and translate them into an actionable prioritized roadmap. You will set up professional product management processes, make user stories, evaluate product and feature ideas, refine the product roadmap, and create a product vision. You should feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment keeping a clear head and organization, knowing what to prioritize and what to delegate.

The product manager

we are looking for has experience working as a product manager in a scale up. Someone who knows how to drive product strategy and who can back this up with past examples.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

• You will redefine the roadmap in collaboration with the tech team
• You will shape the product workflows and features
• You will lead a team of about 3 engineers
• You will design a coherent user experience across all products
• You will own the sprint planning and deliver stable and regular releases with your team
• You will follow agile processes in the team.
• You will make data-driven decisions by performing user research
• You will take ownership of the product roadmap and collaborate on the product vision

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager
• Excellent communications skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong product and user experience understanding
• Sufficient technical knowledge and product strategy
• Empathy towards users and team
• Analytical mindset
• Being able to create data and make decisions based on it
• Experience in a SaaS start or scale up is a major plus.
• A good understanding of the technical aspects of the products and their place in the market.
• Comfortable with monitoring developer workflows. Knowledge about coding languages is a plus.
• You are always on track with your projects and have excellent skills in setting up new processes, reviewing work, and coordinating the team.
