We are looking for a Product Implementation Manager/Product Rollout Manager to join our mission-driven team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Implementation Manager, also known as a Product Rollout Manager, to help scale our Soly Brain solution globally. You’ll lead the deployment of our energy management system across all markets, working closely with international teams to ensure smooth integration. You’ll also be responsible for refining product processes, developing training programs, and enhancing the product’s future capabilities to help teams unlock its full potential. Your work will directly impact how quickly and effectively we bring innovative solutions to market, empowering customers to manage energy use more efficiently and sustainably. The Position

As the Product Implementation Manager, you will stay on top of the latest market and technology developments and integrate these into your daily work and our products. One of the main tasks of this position is overseeing the implementation of the Soly Brain system and its evolving capabilities. You’ll ensure that the product launches smoothly in each market, refine local propositions, and work closely with key stakeholders to align our product strategy globally, helping to create a consistent and structured rollout process across international markets.

Your Impact

• Coordinate the global rollout of Soly Brain, ensuring a smooth and effective launch in every market.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to support internal teams and ensure that the Soly Brain is fully understood and used effectively.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt and refine market propositions for different regions, aligning them with local needs.
• Create a clear overview and maintain structure throughout the rollout process to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders across markets to implement the product strategy and foster smooth adoption of the Soly Brain.

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in the energy or climate tech sector, preferably within Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience working in an international environment, with the ability to align different markets towards a unified goal.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams and markets.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of developing clear documentation and delivering engaging training programs.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and a proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
• We consider it important that all new employees can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) before the start of employment. Therefore, we will request this before the start of your employment.
