Your goal

For our Tech-Department in Doetinchem we are currently looking for a Product Owner to take our tech software to the next level.

Your goal

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the management and development of various in-house software tools and databases within our organization. Acting as the primary point of contact for projects, new initiatives, and improvements, you will work closely with the Development Manager and web developers to ensure the software tools meet business needs and contribute to organizational efficiency and growth.

Your responsibilities

• Lead projects, from concept to implementation;
• Prioritize system developments and adjustments based on business needs;
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to a variety of stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for questions software related questions;
• Work closely with the Manager Tech to align technical vision and strategy;
• Directly engage with web developers to support technical implementation;
• Act as a bridge between the organization and the Tech department;
• Conduct tests and audits;
• Provide training and support for users in collaboration with the Digital Adoption Manager;
• Resolve technical issues and user queries related to the software tools

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams;
• Experience with system integrations and data management;
• Familiarity with programming languages and development tools is a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
