Business Development Intern

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Intern to join our growing team and play a key role in developing business within staffing firms and job boards in multiple markets. In this role, you will be responsible for all market research activities for the team in order to enable them to drive more business within their territory. On top of that, you will be responsible for gathering company/prospect research and knowledge.

Wonderkind’s technology enables clients to reach perfect candidates through intelligent algorithms. With our innovative tooling, the client is able to promote their vacancies on social media platforms that their perfect candidate is most active on. Within the Sales team, we always aim to achieve the highest success-rate for our clients. We do this by proactively supporting our client base, in order to let them succeed with our innovative tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead-generation efforts.
• Own and grow the industry knowledge reports to make sure we are well-informed about different trends per market.
• Provide accurate and timely reports through the lens of data.
• Bring your strategic thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Required Competences:

• Excellent organizational skills with a sharp focus on goals and the understanding that weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interested in data-driven decision-making
• Willingness to learn and grow.
