Internship (HR): Global Specialized Nutrition HR

About the Internship

You will be part of the Human Resources team at one of our global offices located in Hoofddorp (NL). As the HR Intern, you will work with the Global HR team for our Specialized Nutrition Unit at our Danone Place Amsterdam office located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. During your internship you will be supervised by the HR Talent Advisor. Your mission is to learn about and support in the HR projects and activities for the Global team.

So, what will be your main tasks?

• Learn and contribute and track data for our Talent processes — from Performance Review, Potential Review, Succession Planning etc.
• Support the Talent Advisor on all HR Projects mainly relating to Learning and Development for the function including learning about and supporting capability mapping and gap assessments.
• Support with the development and monitoring of HR KPI Tracking Dashboards for the function

OVER JOUWe are looking for a Bachelor/ Master student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or any other related field. We expect you to be pro-active, enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge. You are comfortable working in an international environment, and can work both independently and in a team. You are a self-starter who's not afraid to bring your own ideas and can work independently while still being a team-player. You prove to have great communications skills who likes to be in contact with many stakeholders. Furthermore, you are a data-driven person who has great Excel and PowerPoint skills (knowledge of Power Bl is a plus!). Being flexible is key!

Additionally, You Must Meet The Following Requirements

• Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• You are available to start from August/ Semptember 2024 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from Hoofddorp.
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
