You will oversee the Software Development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, integration & build and documentation within an agile environment. Responsibilities:

• Take the technical lead and motivate a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project execution;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system architects, and project managers, to define software requirements and develop robust software solutions for automotive applications;
• Drive the software architecture design process, considering performance, scalability, and safety requirements in compliance with industry standards and regulations;
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines;
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment;
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively solving challenges to meet project deadlines and quality expectations;
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance software development processes and tools;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring project success within budget and timelines;
