Business Process Specialist

Join our team as a Business Process Specialist ( Key Accounts department) , where you will bridge the gap between our Key Account Department and other internal & external stakeholders. Your role involves identifying pain points and optimizing Fleet Sales processes and systems on a national and international scale. You will translate complex needs into simple solutions, design automated workflows, and foremost, explain the development team your team’s wants and needs. With your leadership, you lead task force teams and monitor progress and achieve goals efficiently. Your frequent engagement with markets and customers ensures continuous improvement based on valuable feedback. If you are ready to drive impactful change, then this is the job for you.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Being the pivotal role between Key Account commercial department and other internal and external stakeholders on national and international level;
• Responsible for pinpointing pain points and optimizing Key Account processes and IT systems on both national and international scales;
• Translate needs, pain points and complex processes into simple concepts;
• Describe, design and translate workflows into automated processes/systems;
• Establishing and managing task force teams to oversee targets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring the attainment of final objectives;
• Conducting regular meetings with markets to gather feedback and incorporate it into process and system improvements.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably a study related to IT and/or process;
• More than 3 years working experience in the field of process management, preferably in the automotive sector;
• Excellent skill to translate commercial complex processes into simple workflows and automated processes;
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills both verbally and in writing;
• Excellent planning skills;
• Structured, process- and problem-solving oriented;
• Analytical, curious and proactive mindset;
• Excellent project leadership, able to challenge work pressure;
