OC&C Strategy Consultants is a global strategy boutique, advising top management of leading companies and institutions on their strategic issues. In the Netherlands we work from Rotterdam with approximately 50 employees and focus mainly on the Private Equity, Retail, FMCG and Transport, Travel & Leisure sectors. This work is carried out by our consultants, for which position we recruit continuously.

An associate internship at OC&C offers students that (almost) completed their university study the opportunity to work as a consultant at a strategy consultancy firm.

From day one, you will be part of a real project team and be responsible for tackling exciting and complicated problems to help our clients. Your role as an Associate Intern will be dependent on what is needed for the specific project. It can vary between conducting interviews, performing analyses or developing client output. In any case, you will be fully part of the project team and directly exposed to our investor and corporate clients across a range of sectors and geographies.

To make sure you are fully equipped, you will receive a week-long induction where you will have training in the consulting skills. In addition, you will participate in our regular training programs, experience continuous on-the-job training and receive formal feedback after every project. Over eight to twelve weeks you will be part of multiple project teams, giving you an opportunity to become very familiar with what it means to work in strategy consultancy and experience the culture at OC&C.

Working in small teams means you will have exposure to all parts of the project and a chance to work directly with our consultants and partners. You will be part of the office and participate in all office activities, including social and networking events.
