Your impact

As the Product Owner for Customer Experience Optimization, you will drive unparalleled customer experiences by tailoring and illuminating every interaction. Your mission is to ensure the effective implementation of personalization strategies to elevate user experience and achieve our business objective to retain our customers.

What you’ll do

  • You align with stakeholders, designers and developers on how to improve the product and get the most value out of it.
  • Lead the implementation of A/B testing methodologies and user research, collaborating closely with data analysts to derive strategic insights.
  • Optimize current product development processes and drive a shift in decision-making methodologies.
  • Inspire colleagues to embrace data-driven decision-making and base hypotheses on solid data foundations.
  • Act as a sparring partner, validating business initiatives through methods like A/B testing, user testing, and surveys.
  • Ensure experiment quality by working closely with CX and UX teams.
  • Perform analysis on the needs of our customers, and how we can improve their user experience
  • Writing clear requirements & acceptance criteria that can be used by the development team to craft the best solution

What you bring

  • You have relevant working experience as a product owner.
  • You are analytical and have a great attention to detail.
  • You have a strong understanding of agile product development, analytics and engineering.
  • Experience with A/B test software, Analytics (GA4 and GTM), and Customer Feedback tools (Mopinion) is a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • You deal with complex issues by making them simple and you have a creative business mindset
  • Proficient in agile methodologies, adapting quickly to change while focusing on delivering value.
  • A genuine affinity with our sustainable mission, driven by a passion for creating positive change in the energy landscape.
