Your role
Within the digital analytics team we serve different stakeholders in the organization like our Bugaboo.com D2C channel (content, SEO and merchandising) ,Customer service, CRM and Marketing. In this role you bring insights which helps understanding the performance of our KPI’s and to drive business decisions making.
Your primary focus will be bringing insights in the consumer journey by connecting and analyzing the different data touchpoints (like campaigns, product sales and website behavior). You will model our consumer database into different segments. Together with the CRM team you will be interpreting the data and discuss initiatives to enrich the data to improve segmentation and our contact strategy across channel.
You are part of the Digital & Services Insight team (3 people) and you’ll report to the Head of Marketing, Digital & Services Insight.

What you will bring to the table
You love to work with data and are able to understand how business processes translating into data. You like to work with SQL to get insights out of our raw data sources, but it’s not a goal on its own to become a data engineer or data scientist.
You think consumer and have a critical mindset. You are strong communicator with fluent English language skills, that likes to challenge the business.
You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
