Join the innovative Digital Commercial team at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo and be part of a dynamic product team driving data analytics in customer behavior insights, digital feature performance analysis, and advanced predictive models. As a member of the Customer Insights and Analytics product team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless experience for our customers by analyzing their online behavior and the performance of our digital features. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly motivated team and contribute to the continued success of AFKLMP Cargo in delivering technology and tools to serve our customers.

What will you do?

Understand business needs and translate them into concrete data questions

Understand the product design and customer journey of the customer-facing front-end channel of Air France KLM Martinair Cargo

Use Google suites, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, as well as Email marketing tools to tag customer behavior

Retrieve and manipulate data using programming and data transformation techniques

Check the data quality and define mitigating strategies around suboptimal data quality

Analyze data to derive insights and answers to business questions

Create effective data visualizations using various tools such as Looker Studio, Spotfire, and PowerBI

Document data attributes and definitions used for analysis

Communicate results in a professional and convincing manner to stakeholders and management

Act as a subject matter expert to provide advice on best practices, trends, and opportunities

Support product owners in identifying new opportunities and proposing new digital products and features

Where do you land?

As a Data Analyst at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, you'll play a fundamental role in transforming our Cargo Commercial Way of working by improving our data-driven decision-making. Whether it's by responding to requests from our business teams (such as sales or digital marketing) or by taking initiative on your own, you'll analyze a wide range of data related to digital, sales, and service, and use your findings to drive actionable insights.

You'll report to the Manager for Customer Insights and Analytics, who also acts as the functional Product Owner for this area.

Your profile

HBO Bachelor or higher thinking level

Proficient use of google analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio) is a pre-requisite

You are proficient in data query (SQL, Teradata studio)

Experience in using analytics visualization tool (e.g. Spotfire, PowerBI)

Inquisitive, detail oriented.

Self Starter: You are eager to talk to colleagues from different teams (business and data teams) to understand business requirement, precise meaning of data attributes and how the data model is built up. You are innovative and not afraid to start new projects and initiatives.

0-2 years of working experience.
