We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Nestle Waters team.

Location: İstanbul ,Maslak

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Manage Master Data; New Customer Card Openings, PR List sharing, blocking and revision processes and report preparing
  • Execute Triangulation Shipment invoicing process for Retail Channel; Processing the invoices in CRM in the relevant month, transferring them to SAP and informing the Customer Service team for invoicing and following the process.
  • Execute return product invoicing process for Modern Channel,
  • Directing all requests received in the 'Supply Chain Customer Services' mail group to the relevant departments.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University Degree,
  • 1 - 2 years field sales experience is preffered
  • Strong analytical skills Capability to interpreting sales reports
  • Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast pace environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization
  • Ability to work in a close team environment with fast adaptation of communication style according to audience
