Reach your full potential as a Sales Support (Chinese/Mandarin Speaker)

You are the link between your commercial team, our customers and our logistics department. As a Sales Support, you are responsible for our trade’s operational process and related administrative tasks.

For example, you will:

• Prepare proformas and quotations, process orders, make margin calculations and closely monitor in- and outgoing payments
• Be responsible for planning the transport of the products in collaboration with our logistics department
• Deal with clients in different time zones and languages. Most of the communication will be in English, but in this specific case, you are also dealing with Chinese/Mandarin-speaking customers. Furthermore, you work daily with our ERP-system, which you will have mastered in no time
• Cooperate closely with your sales colleagues, informing each other about price differences and developments in the market

Your family and friends describe you as an accurate, eager, and organised person. You always think ahead and use your creative problem-solving skills if needed. Even when the situation is difficult, you know how to manage expectations. You enjoy working in a young team full of energetic, social people.

You:

• Recently completed a degree at a university, college
• Enjoy taking a supportive role in a fast-growing, commercial environment
• Have experience in working with Excel and you would like to develop your Excel skills
• Have a good command of the Mandarin and English language in speaking and writing. If you have a good command of Dutch as well, that would be an advantage
