Position snapshot:

  • Permanent position

  • Portogruaro, Euskirchen, Nowa Wies Wroclawska, Buk, Wisbech,

  • Areas: Nestle Continues Excellence /Project Engineering/ Method Maintenance/ Production

  • Job rotation every 1/ 1.5 year for the functional and then leadership development – first 2 job rotations within the same site/ country

  • Master’s degree or equivalent

  • Mobility around Europe will be a strong advantage:

For example: Poland, Hungary, UK, Germany, Italy, France …

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in the factory environment

  • Hungarian language is necessary

The Operations Talents Program is designed to enable talented employees to participate in a stimulating, multicultural and challenging learning environment, while providing a thorough exposure within Purina. It is a fast-paced opportunity for leading roles in our organization.

A day in the life of an Operations Talents Program young at Nestlé Purina:

Throughout the program, you will evolve in a dynamic and team spirited environment. A mentor will follow you and support your progression. You will also benefit from a range of trainings, which will allow you to develop deep knowledge in the business, acquire coaching competencies, project management skills, and much more.

And you will be part of a group of talents into the Operations Zone Europe that will allow you to build your network.

To be mobile is an advantage, as you will be assigned to different positions that will be offered to you according to your background, after the selection process. If you have a Technical background (Continuous Improvement, Project Management or Total Productive Maintenance) and you are willing to develop your leadership competencies (managing changes through others and inspiring the team), apply and join our program.

Today, we are offering various high-responsibility positions in our Factories and our Central Operations team. There could be in Production, Maintenance, Quality, Continuous improvement, Supply Chain, Project Engineering/ Design and Product Development. Besides, and investing for the future, we could also offer opportunities link to Digital and Sustainability.

After a successful completion of the program, we will identify the leading positions in one of our factories or central functions or in different locations in Zone Europe Purina PetCare Network to fit our business needs and your personal and professional profile.

What will make you successful:

You have prior career experience in Operations (2-3 years ideally). You demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn. You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. You are willing to interact with people at all levels in the organization, from the shopfloor to European Management team. Your team spirit, international mobility and open-mindedness will be highly appreciated!
